Beth has worked in the nonprofit sector for almost 15 years. Currently, she is the Communications and Development Coordinator for Girls on the Run of Kent and Muskegon Counties, an organization that inspires 3rd-8th grade girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. She finds YNPN a tremendously valuable resource for professional development and supportive network of world-changers.

A proud Spartan, Leonard has worked in a number of roles from Operations at a children’s organization to Branch Manager at Spectrum Health.
