Lessons Learned from Giving USA - 2019

Philanthropic giving in the USA has been consistently on the rise for the past 10 years, however, a 2017 report co-authored by the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and Independent Sector found that this trend may be coming to end. With the rise of social enterprises, growing income disparity, and changes in the tax law it is estimated that giving could drop by as much as $13.1 billion!

Join us as we review the Giving USA - 2019 data and discuss how giving was impacted in 2018. We'll learn about the demographics of giving, where giving went, and how much was given in 2018. Led by Laura Kruisenga, Chief Operating Officer at Kennari Consulting, you'll gain valuable insights on giving trends that can help inform your fund development strategies.

With over a decade of consulting and advising experience, Laura understands how this data manifests and how to apply it to your work. Join us in this engaging session as Laura shares her expertise and insights!
