Assistant Director of Academic Success

The Assistant Director of Academic Success provides oversight for the Pathway program, and is responsible for providing academic coaching and support for academically at-risk students. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week, 11-month position, reporting to the Director of Student Success.

The Pathway program is a new program at Cornerstone University designed to offer an opportunity for students who would normally be denied acceptance to the University to enroll in a cohort-based general studies associate's degree program with additional key academic support in place to foster success among this academically at-risk population. We are preparing for a soft launch of the program for FA18 with a desire to grow the program in the coming semesters.
