Responsibilities include the development of an overall annual strategic plan for his/her donor portfolio. Participates in annual and strategic planning for the Principal Gifts Division. Cultivates, solicits and stewards his/her own portfolio of leadership gift candidates and donors. Facilitates major campaign plans and objectives to advance strategic healthcare initiatives of Spectrum Health, assigned. Working with the Foundation staff and volunteer team, and develops proposals and solicits gifts. Collaborates with other staff on donor relations activities.

Basic Qualifications: 
Education - Bachelor's Degree in philanthropy, communications, marketing, business or related field
Experience - 10 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in fund development or related field
