Nika is a local community activist, avid reader and taco connoisseur. She is graduate of Grand Valley State University where she studied Sociology. Her favorite part of YNPN is connecting with other nonprofit professionals in the community.
Becca, a grad of the Aquinas Community Leadership program, enjoys Grand Rapids' vibrant nonprofit community and top-notch breweries. When not living and working the city, she loves forests and the challenge of traveling abroad. She values YNPN as a platform to connect leaders and promote community.

Autumn loves engaging nonprofits in marketing, strategic communications, and strategic planning. When she’s not working, Autumn loves spending time with family and friends, visiting any and all beaches, trying new Grand Rapids restaurants and exploring #PureMichigan. Autumn's favorite part of YNPN GR is the opportunity for growth through professional development events and leadership opportunities. She has her Masters in Public Administration from Grand Valley State University.

Beth has worked in the nonprofit sector for almost 15 years. Currently, she is the Communications and Development Coordinator for Girls on the Run of Kent and Muskegon Counties, an organization that inspires 3rd-8th grade girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. She finds YNPN a tremendously valuable resource for professional development and supportive network of world-changers.

Holly Visser | Co-Race Director (& Yoga Instructor), Gazelle Girl
While Holly has some things that she does that has "titles", they don't really make her who she is. She directs the Gazelle Girl Half Marathon event in Grand Rapids, MI. She teaches a lot of yoga. She loves to travel the world in appreciation of its unique colors, shapes, and sizes. A gooey chocolate brownie or no bake is my sweet of choice, and the peanut butter must be creamy. "I am a lover just like you. My heart has been broken just like you. I have pressed into boundaries, loved hard, forgiven someone that was not asking for forgiveness, inhaled and exhaled, just like you. I am especially driven to improve the health and WHOLEness of women. I believe that we shoulder each others passions forward together in community, that self care is important, and that we have the power to change the world, and it's our duty to do so."

Kevin is an advocate for developing strong communities through resident engagement and empowerment. When not completing homework from his classes in the Master of Public Administration - Nonprofit Management & Leadership program at GVSU, you can find Kevin kayaking, walking Aman park, snowshoeing, or likely volunteering out in the community.
Kevin values YNPN-GR for its potential to both lift and support local talent by providing accessible and quality professional development and networking opportunities.
Veronica QuintinoAranda | Spectrum Health
Veronica QuintinoAranda has a LLMSW-Masters in Social Work with a minor in Youth Ministry. She is currently a candidate for Theology of the Body certification thru the Theology of the Body Institute and Diversity Evaluation Assessment Program thru Michigan State University.
She has 15 years of experience working with families including pregnant women through the medical setting in different capacities. Her experience includes Development ages and stages and social emotional health from preconception through 2 years of life as well as middle and high school age teens.
Veronica is well connected in the community to different programs and agencies that provide resources and services to Latinos.

As a member of YNPN, she values the professional development and opportunities for education as well as the relationships she is able to build through the network.
Liz Warners| Philanthropic Services Associate, Grand Rapids Community Foundation
Liz loves knowing an organization is working efficiently and smoothly, as well as getting to know donors and philanthropists on an individual level. When not working, she can be found at the movies (about twice a month), reading, watching Netflix, or walking her dog.
Latrisha Sosebee | Property Manager for Heartside District, Dwelling Place of Grand Rapids
Latrisha is a native Michigander who takes pleasure in outdoor adventures. She enjoys learning about different cultures and ways of life, which has lead her to travel and live abroad. Her favorite thing about YNPN is working and socializing with young professionals who believe in change and fighting for a cause.
Arianne Hall | Manager of Regional Associates, Mission India
Arianne loves connecting with donors and learning their passions, as well as working internally in non-profits to build and develop teams. She spends her free time comparing vanilla lattes at all the local coffee shops, or planning her next adventure around the world. She has a bachelors in Communication and Journalism from Cornerstone University.
