The GRPM has an opening for a Retail Experience Manager available.
In this role, you will manage the daily operations of the Curiosity Shop as well as the Guest Experience Retail team. You will lead, coach and develop front line team members, foster a spirit of performance excellence with a focus on guest experience offerings and build strong relationships with business partners in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for the look and operation of the Curiosity Shop; aligning the store’s visual standards with the Museum's brand, and sourcing and ordering products that speak to the Museum’s “Be Curious” brand and program offerings. You will have the opportunity to use your creativity and think outside the box to propose new and different ways to increase revenue and interest in our retail options.
